Abandoned and neglected pool cleanup
Bought a house with a swamp in the backyard, or getting a property ready to sell or rent? We bring neglected pools back to swimmable, then keep them that way.
How we restore a neglected pool
- Diagnostic: water, debris, finish, pump and filter condition, with photos
- On-site quote before any work starts
- Debris removal and, depending on condition, shock treatment or a full drain and clean
- Filter cleaning and start-up balancing
- Optional weekly service afterwards so it doesn't slip back
For property managers and sellers
A clear pool changes how a listing photographs and rents. We work with owners who are abroad: every step is documented in a photo report.
Frequently asked questions
Can every abandoned pool be saved?
Most can be cleaned and balanced. If the technician finds equipment that no longer works or damage to the shell, we tell you on site; we don't do equipment repair ourselves.
