AzuraPool is a pool cleaning and maintenance company in Costa Rica built for owners who aren't always on site. We serve homes, condos and vacation rentals on the Pacific coast — Tamarindo in Guanacaste, and Jacó and Herradura in the Central Pacific — with weekly visits, included chemicals and a digital report after every visit, all in English.
Pool maintenance in Costa Rica: what matters
- Tropical sun, heat and rain make Costa Rican pools turn green much faster than pools up north; a weekly visit is the realistic minimum.
- Every visit covers robot cleaning and vacuuming, skimmer and waterline cleaning, chemical balancing and a check of the pump and filter.
- Billing is weekly in USD by card, and you can manage everything — visits, reports, invoices — from the web or the app.

What every visit includes
Robot cleaning and vacuuming, skimmer and waterline cleaning, chemical balancing (pH, free and total chlorine, alkalinity) and a pump and filter inspection. When the technician finishes you get a digital report with before/after photos and the readings, and on visit day you can follow the technician live in the app — useful when you are not in Costa Rica.

Do you speak English?
Yes. Support, visit reports and billing are all available in English, built for expats and second-home owners who spend part of the year abroad.
How do I know the visit actually happened if I'm not in Costa Rica?
Every visit ends with a digital report: before/after photos and the chemical readings (pH, free chlorine, total chlorine, alkalinity), plus the state of the filter, pump and walls. On visit day you can follow the technician's location live in the app.
Are chemicals included?
Yes, chemicals are included in the Premium weekly price. One-off and extra visits are charged per visit.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Premium is billed weekly in USD and you can cancel any time.
