Pool maintenance in Flamingo, Potrero & Conchal: what matters
- Hillside villas with ocean views often have infinity edges and large volumes; we check the catch basin and auto-fill on every visit.
- Strong dry-season sun on west-facing terraces evaporates water quickly, so levels and chlorine are checked weekly.
- Many properties are managed rentals — the Property Manager plan covers several units on one invoice.
